2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed website, software or mobile app projects.
  • Custom design and development work already initiated.
  • Purchased domains, hosting, SSL certificates.
  • Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta or other platforms.
  • Third-party subscriptions and paid tools.
  • Projects delayed due to client-side communication issues.
Important: Third-party purchases and advertising expenses are strictly non-refundable.
